Terms & Conditions
Website usage, intellectual-property and publicity rights, and important safeguards for commercial and advertising inquiries.
Effective date: October 23, 2026 · Last updated: October 23, 2026
1. Agreement and Scope
These Terms govern use of this website and its publicly available content. They do not constitute an offer to perform, a booking confirmation, or a binding agreement for sponsorship, advertising, boxing, appearances, endorsements, performances, or other commercial services. Such engagements require a separate written agreement signed by Yuri Sakunts or a duly authorized representative.
2. Ownership and Reserved Rights
Unless expressly identified otherwise, the website’s original text, design, branding, name-related identifiers, and licensed media are protected by applicable intellectual-property and publicity-rights laws. Photographs, videos, trademarks, and third-party logos remain owned by their respective rights holders. No rights are transferred merely by viewing this site.
3. Name, Image, Likeness, Voice and Persona
No person or business may use Yuri Sakunts’ name, image, likeness, voice, signature, biography, performance footage, or recognizable persona to advertise, endorse, sponsor, promote, or imply affiliation with any product, service, organization, or campaign without advance written authorization specifying the permitted uses. This includes synthetic voice, AI-generated images, deepfakes, avatars, and digitally altered endorsements, subject to applicable law and existing licenses.
4. No Implied Endorsement
Mentioning, displaying, or linking to any organization, sanctioning body, sports brand, publisher, or commercial entity does not mean Yuri Sakunts is sponsored by, affiliated with, or endorses that entity. No third party may represent an endorsement without a valid signed authorization.
5. Commercial Proposals and Booking Requests
All proposals are nonbinding until an authorized written agreement is executed. A form submission, email exchange, tentative date, verbal discussion, or quotation does not reserve a date or confer any license. Management may decline proposals, subject to applicable law and any executed agreements.
6. Required Terms for Separate Commercial Contracts
A separate negotiated agreement should address parties and authority; deliverables and appearances; schedule and location; fees, deposit and payment deadlines; production costs; travel, accommodation and insurance; content approvals; usage channels and territory; duration and renewals; exclusivity and competitor restrictions; category conflicts; paid-media and whitelisting rights; intellectual-property ownership and licensing; sublicensing; edits, AI alteration and synthetic-media prohibitions; compliance and substantiation; disclosures; cancellation, postponement and force majeure; safety; indemnification; liability; dispute resolution; governing law; and termination. No such rights are granted by these website Terms.
7. Creative and Final Approval
Any permitted advertising campaign should require explicit written approval of scripts, key claims, visual representations, edits, final deliverables, placements, and materially changed versions before publication. Silence is not approval. No approval right is created or waived merely by submitting an inquiry.
8. Usage Limits and No Automatic Extensions
Commercial usage rights, if granted, should be limited to the written scope, media, territory, campaign, term, and approved assets. Additional uses, renewals, paid amplification, derivative works, sublicensing, or transfers require separately documented authorization and any agreed fees. Rights do not arise from prior publicity or social posts.
9. Advertising Law and Disclosures
Campaign partners must comply with applicable advertising, consumer-protection, intellectual-property, and endorsement laws. Paid or otherwise material relationships must be clearly disclosed where required. Product claims must be truthful and adequately substantiated; Yuri should not be asked to make claims outside his genuine experience or knowledge.
10. Safety and Professional Activities
Any proposed athletic demonstration, stunt, transport pull, fight, or public appearance must be separately assessed for safety, permitting, insurance, medical and athletic commission requirements, and qualified supervision. Website descriptions are not instructions or assurances that activities can be safely repeated.
11. Prohibited Website Uses
You may not scrape or republish substantial site content for commercial purposes; falsely impersonate Yuri or management; distribute malicious code; interfere with site operation; infringe rights; or use site media in misleading, defamatory, unlawful, or deceptive campaigns. These restrictions do not prohibit lawful fair use or other non-waivable rights.
12. Press and Editorial Use
Legitimate reporting, criticism, commentary, and other uses protected by law are not prohibited by these Terms. Commercial advertisements and implied endorsements require separate permission. Media requests may be sent to booking management.
13. Third-Party Content and Links
Third-party marks, photographs, reports, and websites are the property and responsibility of their respective owners. Links and references are provided for context and do not imply sponsorship or verification of every third-party claim.
14. No Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, this website and its informational content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees of uninterrupted access, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing excludes warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising solely from use of this informational website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or intentional misconduct. Commercial agreements may allocate risk differently.
16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, users who misuse the site or its protected materials may be responsible for resulting third-party claims, losses, and reasonable expenses caused by their unlawful conduct. This provision does not create obligations prohibited by applicable law.
17. Disputes and Applicable Law
Applicable law and venue depend on the identity and location of the contracting website operator and the facts of a dispute. No specific forum, arbitration requirement, or governing-law clause is asserted here pending legal review. A separately signed commercial agreement should specify governing law and dispute resolution.
18. Changes and Severability
These Terms may be updated by posting a revised effective date. Changes will not retroactively amend executed contracts. If a provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions continue to the extent lawful.
